Montrose Park
Travels to you · Serves all of Montgomery County
Montrose Park is a sixteen-acre park located in northwest Washington, DC, overlooking Georgetown. Originally an estate from 1804 to 1911, it was transformed into a public park in 1911, largely due to the efforts of Sarah Louise Rittenhouse. The park retains historical features and offers amenities such as a playground and tennis/pickleball courts for visitors. It's an ideal spot for families seeking outdoor recreation and a historical setting.
